Much appreciated on the feedback. I stuck some washers on the steering stops and that stopped the rubbing. 
Spec wise they should be 34.8"
On the ground at 35psi they measure 34"
I had them down to 10 psi in Moab and they performed excellent.
I actually got comments on them from the die hard duratrac guys.
I have 1.5" spacers NOT 2" like I said and with the sway bar disconnected and at full lock I get a little rubbing of the tire on the sway bar.
I like the narrower tire as it allows the tire to go up into the fender flare at full flex.
These tires run nice on the highway but are also very capable off road.
I recommend them to anyone that will listen
