Default piecing together 5 1/2" lift

well ive finally decided to piece together a moderate lift. not going long arm because i dont feel i need it for what i do at this point in time. what im wanting to do is put my rubicon express bb on top of my OME coils. if i dont like the ride after i do this i will be upgrading to teraflex 4" coils with 1" spacers. the question is, what all will i need. ive started piecing together my lift but i know im missing a few things. so far ive got:

crown brake lines
jks front quick disconnects
extended rear sway bar links
teraflex shocks for 6" kit
jks front and rear adjustable trackbar
skyjacker drop pitman arm
new driveshafts

im thinking i should also need new control arms. is there anything else i am missing? thanks for all the replies in advance.

You might try giving REDNECKHOUSTON a PM. I think he used some Ford F150 springs and got his around the height you're talking about. I know...it sounds nuts, but it worked really well.
