That's why I like the way JCW (and other sites) work online. When you click on product details, it shows you the estimated shipping date. If it is backordered, it shows as an estimated date weeks/months down the road. If it is in stock, it shows that it ships in 24 hours. I am a bit impatient, so I want things I order to be delivered now! I don't like giving my money away then being at the mercy of the supplier to wait and wait.

Woohoooooo!!!!!! The Lift Was Shipped From Quadratec Today!!!!!!!!

 

My problem with quadratec is that they flat out lied. When I called them to ask when the second or third time, they put me on hold and called teraflex. Then they told me 2 more weeks. At that point teraflex did not have a ship date. I did do research. All of the other rocker guards were not available yet.

So, who is responsible here? Just advertise the truth, say preorder, whatever.

They also lied when they shipped the wrong ones and told me the other 6 guys who ordered them did not call to complain. Teraflex has not sold any through quadratec.

I guess I shouldn't complain too much, I have the option of canceling.
