They told me the shocks would be in before the rest of the lift. Shipping is now pushed back to the 8th.

 

OK, seems like quadratec appears to be all blameless on this thread.

JANUARY 8TH I ordered the Teraflex rock rails on line (should have called). Waited a couple of weeks and called asking what the hold up was, they said no problem, they were due a shipment any day and would get them out to me.

Great, here they come. I finally got them in early March. Wait, too short, these must be for a 2 door or TJ or something. I send them back and call to find out what the heck. OH OH, our mistake we will send you the next set we get. The next set they got was the ones I shipped back so that is what they sent me again. I asked a lot of questions at this point, like have the other guys that ordered them complained? NO NO, just you, sorry. SIX others got them no problem.

Few more weeks go by, call again, just waiting on Teraflex, I even noted to them they had a different part number than Teraflex.

Called Teraflex, no we have not shipped but two, and that was to a shop and to 4wd tv. They are still negotiating a deal to buy a sert tool to send out with them. But they just made the deal and it will be two weeks.

Wait two weeks. Call both BS BS. SAME LINES again, until I tell them I heard it before, then it is 2 more weeks. Maybe I am the DA here.

Manufactures and Vendors - don't advertise until you are ready to ship, this just makes people mad and you less money in the long run. Focus on being first to deliver, not first to market. First to market originally ment first to deliver to a store(market) and now it seems to mean first to marketing.

I like that way these rock guards look, not like the rest. I would have waited, and in a better mood. I will be getting a lift sometime soon, not from Quadratec and not a Teraflex.

I have called quadratec numerous times and they say they have them in stock, should ship to me tommorow they say. I canceled my order with 4WD, not sure if i will be back there again.

 

ft is a great kit and you will be happy. The JK is still to young for the demand. Good luck

 

I ordered the lift, front and rear bumpers, and a few other mods in late January. It took 2 months for the front bumper and lift, and I'm still waiting on the rear bumper.

 

When parts are ordered that dont exist yet it takes time.

 

How can you sell something that doesn't exist??

OH.. PRE-ORDER... !!!

But does it say that??

 

we have never taken a order for any PJ stuff without calling or emailing letting everybody know. Thats how.

David, not poking fun at you personally..

It's just that there are hundreds of complaints about vendors selling stuff that won't be made or delivered until later this year..

I only have 2 items waiting to be made.. and am/was willing to wait when I bought them..

Warrior black corners (with the license hole NOT cut out..special run)

and The Bestop Safari top that is back ordered.. but got it for free shipping so I put the money down..

However I was very careful when I was buying my wheels/tires/bumpers etc. to

MAKE SURE they were in stock BEFORE I bought them..

I am waiting on lift kits to come out.. and sliders to be made and being delivered, before I buy a set..
