Borrow a spring compression tool from your local auto parts store!
Your dana 30 can be sleeved, trussed and gusseted.

Good advice here^^^
I have the rc stubby hybrid and warn vr8000. The bumper install is quick and easy, but i will say don't use a "L" shaped Allen key for installing the end cap bolts...the nuts they supply are very though to get threaded initially if you're using the Allen key. Get yourself a "t" handle Allen wrench or a bit the proper size that you can put in a ratchet it will help a lot. Also make sure you use the proper grade bolts for mounting your winch to the plate

Hmm got bumper on ....... Fit and finish wasn't quite what I expected . My 9.5 ti winch didn't match the ore drilled holes so I had to round them out about an 1/8 of an inch. The supplied inside nuts stick out past the frame rail, thinking I'm going have to cut them flush and there was so little of room to wrench the back bolts on it took me 15 min a side. Hopping its gonna grow on me
