got the wife an 07 JKU X S package with the auto and 4.10 gears. the stock tires are 245/75/16, and it's good on the highway. Only had it offroad a few times, and it's OK there also. I could not imagine running 33's let alone 35's with the stock gearing she has. JMHO.

If you have a hitch then most likely you have the tow package and 4.10s. I ran 35s with 3.73s on my 08 with the 3.8 and it wasnt to bad with the OD turned off. Eventually I regeared to 5.13s and got a superchip flashpaq much better power and throttle response now. My advice is go to 35s!

I had read that the 07 Wrangler Auto's came standard with the 4.10 gearing. I mailed Jeep for my build sheet and sure enough, it had 4.10's in it. I too have an 07 3.8 auto 4 door unlimited X.

Too bad there isn't a Show & Tell area on this forum that would be full of pics of various build combinations. Oh, wait...

Jack up the rear end, spin a tire, and count driveshaft revs. Or, go to the jeep website and send an email with your VIN requesting a build sheet. That will tell you what your jeep left the factory with.
Alright, im gonna ask,,, where the hell is the button to turn off overdrive. I have a 2013 jku.
