A good miter saw will make quick work of the rails.

I was thinking of bending it and then having the whole interior of the fender rhinolined...

Any thoughts?

You talking about bendint the pinch seam into a fold? Opinions vary, but I think that's probably best. You may have to touch up some paint...or rhino line as you suggest, but at least you won't have cut metal. People seem to have found success both ways though.

Cool, thanks for the info.

People seem to be bending it with vice grips and pliers...any other methods out there? Should I cover the area with tape first to lessen the paint damage? Or will it just flake off anyway?

thanks again.
