Not trying to hijack the thread but this question is related to the PSC Brawler Lite Bumper. How are guys making the spider on the bumper a specific color? Do they somehow secure a colored backing on the inside of the bumper?

You got it. That is the only way I know of. Either painting a plate whatever color and then tack-welding it inside the bumper, or using some of the 3M body molding acrylic tape to secure it. This is what I plan to do. Mine will look like this when I'm done.

Mine too!!! I also have a rescue green JK. Got home and my boxes were on the front porch. Brawler lite with plate gussets and fender flares. Time to paint. Will66, I like how you had the front grill painted. I'm almost tempted to take off the grill and take it in with the bumper and have them both powder coated the same color. Looks Great!!!

Thanks!

Those were taken with a Canon 5d mk1 and an 85 f/1.2 L lens.

Thanks! My grill came that color, it's a mountain edition. I just tried to get the bumper to match it. If I ever get to do the flares, would do them the same color too.

Congrats on getting your stuff. Make sure you post pics when your done.

Good luck!

Sure will. Just took everything out of the box tonight. Holy Crap!!! They pack that stuff to survive an impact with a train. I could barely get them out of the foam that conformed around them.

Two separate quotes I had for powder coating for the PSC Brawler Lite were $150 and $175.
