Default popping noise

Hey folks,
I have an 07 JK 4dr with RK 5.5 mid arm kit. It has double adjust heim joins for the rear uppers and single adj on the rear lowers, front lowers, and front uppers. So here's my problem

When i go from a dead stop, i get a metalic popping noise from the rear (like it's unloading/loading) It's either a single pop or sometimes a quick double pop and for the life of me i can tell where it's coming from and i can't get anyone to lay under it on a crawler to investigate. I have adjusted my control arms 6 times thinking maybe there some play on one of them and it's still the same noise. WHAT AM I MISSING!!! Could it be something in the axle??????

PS i also have made sure the adj track bar wasn't hitting the coil on the passenger side, but I noticed my rotors don't fit snug on the axle studs and there is slight play (when i replaced my brakes there were these little thin washer things that were holding the rotors to the axle..)

Is it the mid arm plus? I wish that I could help, but it may be somthing pertaining to their lift. Since RK is a sponsor here now, maybe they will chime in.

Yeah, I'v egot no experience with them, but I'm going to keep a check on this thread to see what solves it, because I want the lift you have. Good luck.

make sure you tighten the control arms when the suspension is loaded. In other words, don't tighten everything while it's jacked up or on a hoist but on the pavement. I've seen this be an issue, but could also be just about anything back there!

BTW, I also made sure the shock bolts were tight too.
