Default Is it possible to identify the maker of the bumpers?

Saw this vehicle in Germany while I was searching for JK. Want to install the same bumpers on my current vehicle but can't find who is the maker...

Not sure who makes them, but they look to be copies of LOD full-length bumpers.

It deffinitley looks like the new LOD Armor Lite Midwith bumper with the German license plate covering the fog light holes.
