Thanks, it was a perfect fit for two door. I plan to tie them to the frame at some point. The body mounts have taken a beating.

Here is the one we did. We tied the bottom into the frame with channel, but i dont have a picture of it...They are pretty solid.
Need to cap the ends yet.

Thanks for the compliment.
Here are some pics that I just took of the gussets I made to prevent the factory brackets from folding.
The.material used was 1/4" thick flat stock trimmed to fit between the brackets.

The green arrows show the damage I received on the slider from a 3ft drop off right onto a boulder....it was a very loud smack and it jarred the daylight outta my liver ha ha

Im.very happy with my idea for the gussets as they are holding up great especially this project being my second time.welding with my brand new Hobart Handler 140 mig welder
