Cost about $40 to do all 5 wheels. I painted the insides flat black (2 cans of flat black) and the outsides with duplicolor bed liner (3 cans). The biggest thing was time. It was an all day project. I have put lifts and winch bumpers on quicker.

I had my 5 factory Sahara wheels powder coated along with my 1.5" Spidertrax wheel spacers for $600. It even included a 1 mil thick coat on the brake rotors to prevent rust. Dropped the JKU off in the AM picked up in the PM.

Stock Sahara wheels and tires 255/70R18. I had the dealer install the leveling kit so if there is any question about the warranty I can point the finger back in their direction...(as long as I always take it to that dealer).
