Default Prestaging for 37s

I know there are hundreds of threads on this and I apologize for it ahead of time. So I'm getting ready for 37's. But I want to have all the parts and have everything here before I put on 37's. So far I have thought about running synergy gussets, us alloy ball joints, maybe sleeves. I really don't have the time and or money for a truss as much as I would like too. Open to suggestions and or any advice that would be available to look at my options.

Look up dana 30 on 37's. Huge thread.

I went with all synergy parts up front. Gussets, sleeves, ball joints, tie rod, high steer kit, stabilizer kit with fox ss and track bar. Went with synergy coils too. Drives better then it did new. Should hold up to my 37's for now.

I've had sleeves on my Dana 30 w/ 37's for about a year now. But have had the 37's on there for over two years. No breaks , no issues.

I would do the sleeves and gussets still. I had a shop do mine due to the welding involved. I did Teraflex sleeves and gussets, I think the parts cost me around $200-300, and the install was about the same...I was out the door for something like $550 with parts, labor, and tax. Pretty cheap insurance if you ask me.

I'm really debating the sleeves. Haven't really heard to much about them.

Pentastar with 4.10's and a 4:1 transfer case...He'll be fine

Look up the nitro sleeves. You can hammer them in yourself and its really not a bad install if you prep the tubes properly. Gussets are a must though, and you might as well swap the BJ's while you're at it.

Eventually I will regear but the sleeves. Do you hammer them in or weld them in?
