Default Pro Comp series 97

Does the factory TPMS sensors work with the series 97 pro comps?

Thanks,

Can anyone confirm WHY the sensors will not work on these wheels?

What ding-ding? I never replaced my sensers with the new rims and barely notice the light anymore.

And ya, there are aftermarket sensors out there. Be prepared to pay through the nose though and I believe the stealership still has to program the computer to the new frequency too.

If this might help, here is the link to a Lexus forum where they make a TPMS pipe bomb from PVC pipe and then stick the sensors in and then add compressed air.

Yea, as said in the other thread, you're stock sensors will work just fine in the series 97. I had mine installed without any problems, and I'm sure you won't have any trouble either
