Too tall, too wide. 17x8s would be a better choice.

Wide enough for what? The tire?

I'll back up for a second. What is the intended use of this new tire/wheel combination? If it's for off road purposes and on the trail both a lower diameter and narrower width is more desirable and less expensive. If it's for bling factor, I'm not the right guy to answer your question.

my current 18X 8.5 rub on the sway bar on full turn and I like the look of wider rim and tire

That's a backspacing problem, not a width problem. What tires are you running now?

X2, if you're tires are rubbing you need less backspacing or wheel spacers.

I actually have 2 problems, my 18 s have 5.5 back spacing and my tire are 325/60r18 (33x13.5r18 ) Id like the tire look better on a 10'' rim but 9.5 is the only one available, here spacer are 300 $ , if I trader My stock 18s + bit more money , I get another set of wheels ! without spacers !!

I think you need to be running more like 3.75 to 4" backspacing with a 13.5" wide tire.

It's your call on what you want to do, but I'm not sure why you asked for opinions if you don't want to listen to them.

The wheel width doesn't have any effect on the tread width. Wider wheels make for less tire height and greater section width. Tires at the wheel width you are considering will be outside the fender flares, check your local laws regarding such. At the wheel width you are considering there is potential for rubbing on a stock front bumper. Beside that everything should be just ducky.
