CTNEDGE has given a great answer. We've had a few guys that felt they needed to lightly surface the top of the lower ball joint. To date, while we can't GUARANTEE the RCVs and ProSteers won't interfere, we have not had any case where ProSteers couldn't be used with a ProRock 44 housing.

so, with currently running a D30, one of these housing with..say... RCV and prosteers plus locker ( arb then the compressor) your looking at over $5k to build this axle?

Do they make a ready to rock and roll D30 replacment?

Yes we can but it doesn't make sense for a JK owner. Why should you buy our brakes, knuckles, etc when you can re-use your current parts?

$5K is VERY close.

I think if you look at what it would take to build a 30 with gears, ARB, RCVs, gussets, sleeves and brackets you'd be at nearly $3k without any labor. Labor could easily take that figure to pretty close to $4k. All that....and you'd still have a 30.

Don't forget the Reid Racing high steer knuckles and flipped draglink if you're short of 5K.

All of the PR44's have 3" tubes. They are built with 5/16" or 1/2" tube wall thickness.
