I have the doors and don't have huge issues...

I have only one issue. On the front and rear BOTTOM corners of each side, they don't seal with light showing through and I can't find any technique to adjust and make them seal any better. Everything else about them is great, no rain issues and they stay tight against their seals at highway speeds!

Just the bottom gaps....anyone got any advice? I tried adding weather stripping but it doesn't stick and falls off.

Here's some pics, I LOVE THESE DOORS! Just need to seal the bottoms better so I can ford water on the trail!!!!!

Love these doors! ANY advice on getting the bottoms to seal better would be GREATLY appreciated!

I have this problem too. The problem is that the radius is of the door is larger than the radius of the door opening. I'm gonna add some stick-on weatherstriping to see if it helps.

Stck-on weather stripping seems like a temporary solution, doesn't stick well enough to stay, gets moved/falls off when I handle the doors on and off. Let me know if you get it to work better though, I look forward to hearing about it.

A little update... Quadratec has fallen silent after their initial response. Someone else recently installed these doors and had the same problem -- the forward-most pin on the front passenger door doesn't fit. This makes me wonder about two things... If Quadratec has stock, why are they not shipping my replacement? And does Bestop have a problem with their manufacturing setup, so that most front-passenger doors have this defect? I'd hate to get a replacement with the same problem...

Quadratec is out of stock. Expecting more in mid August. Same with 4wdhardware. Hopefully the new batch will be fixed??

I had the exact same problem with my doors, the pass side front uppers didn't line up with the slots in the lowers. Took a lot of bending and grinding to ge them to work, and they still are exact. And they flap like crazy at 50mph or above, even worse if there is a crosswind.

Bestop needs to take a hard look at redesigning these doors, form a fit point of view. I like them for the convenience of taking them on and off quickly, but the fit of them leaves a lot to be desired.

FYI - Quadratec and Bestop appear to be hiding/ignoring the issue. Sean at Quadratec e-mailed Bestop about the problem several weeks ago -- and isn't replying to my e-mails since. I figure Quadratec and Bestop are hoping the problem will go away if they ignore it.

Anyone else have problems with the front-passenger door?

I don't know about that. Quadratec opened a warranty issue with Bestop over a month ago...

My fronts fit fine, with the exceptions of the bottom corners. I've been meaning to add some weather stripping, but they don't let water in, so it been a low priority.

The rears don't fit. I have been waiting since 5/15 for the replacements to ship from Bestop. They should have shipped Friday, so hopefully these will be correct. The rears still keep the dogs and kids in, but they leak too much to leave on in the rain!

Also got them for a jeep jamboree, that is already passed. Would have been nice to leave the hard doors at home. I got a lot of funny looks bringing them into and out of the condo!

And on a side note, double check the nuts on the door latches. Mine have all come loose and some are now missing.

Same here. I have to go back and put some lock-tight on them.

I'm also going to put some black silicone between the lock's trim & the door material. On the highway, in pouring rain, water will work it's way behind the lock. :-)

You can also see daylight in the bottom corners on the front doors, but I haven't found that to be a problem - yet. We'll see when I get the chance to ford some deep water. :-)
