Problem with Teraflex leveling kit installation
Its hard to tell from the pictures, but is the spring resting in it's "seat" correctly?
On your axle where your spring sets you'll notice that there is an indentation where the end of the spring is supposed to terminate. Double check that it's lined up correctly.
Just and idea
I also second spleify, do not drive your Jeep until you can get this taken care of. You wouldn't want to ruin anything.

I feel your pain man! I'm going through the same situation, only with a 3" spacer lift... the distance between the spring and sway bar link looks to be the exactly the same as yours! I'm going to try to play around with it this weekend and let you know what happens.. I'll try the control arms first, I have a feeling that has a lot to do with it... I'll PM you as well
I had a shop do mine a few days ago (TF puck leveling kit) while I was at work. No issues, perfect clearance on both sides.
I do have my swaybar hitting on my inner fenders now, but I think thats my fault. I think that with my winch and bumper the TF kit just brought me back to factory height or SLIGHTLY taller, so my links are too long.

That was not the issue. I confirmed multiple times that everything was lined up and seated correctly. I tore everything down and re-installed the front springs and the pucks no less than four times. Exchanging the spacer kit for a spring kit resolved my issues, but I still don't know what caused the issues I (and others) were having.
