Problem with Teraflex leveling kit installation
I was up late trying to install my new Teraflex leveling kit after a busy weekend. I got the front end done tonight, but I ran out of time and the rear will have to wait for a few days. When I was tightening everything up and letting the Jeep down, I noticed the newly installed front left (driver's side) swaybar endlink has rubbing against the coil spring. The coilspring doesn’t seem to be sitting perfectly straight up and down, rather it has a curve or bend to it. The coil spring on the passenger side is nice and straight with plenty of clearance between the spring and the swaybar endlink. I was nearly 11pm when I noticed this issue and I didn't have time to try to figure it out. I took a few photos and attached below.
Does anyone have any idea what going on here? I would appreciate any help you all can provide. This is my first Jeep and I have very little experience with solid front axles or lift kits in general. Thanks in advance!

You made me run out to my Jeep just to check..
It looks like you have everthing right. My only question would be..are the pucks seated all the way in at the top..
I know that I had to lube the rear pucks to get them on..They looked like they where in but they where not.

Yeah I would have to agree that the puck is not seated properly. Personally I would fix it before driving it, it might be ok, but certantely not worth risking it.
Good luck and I hope you get it figured out soon.

Here is a long thread with lots of info about the Teraflex leveling kit

Its hard to tell from the pictures, but is the spring resting in it's "seat" correctly?
On your axle where your spring sets you'll notice that there is an indentation where the end of the spring is supposed to terminate. Double check that it's lined up correctly.
Just and idea
I also second spleify, do not drive your Jeep until you can get this taken care of. You wouldn't want to ruin anything.

The isolators are mainly about reducing metal on metal contact and road vibrations. The TF pucks will prevent metal on metal contact, but you will really want to reinstall the isolators to get the ride back the way it should be.
Plus when/if you upgrade to a coil lift you'll need the factory isolators.
