Default Problems with front sway bar links rubbing coil.

I just installed my teraflex 4 inch lift including all 8 flex arms. I set everything as best as I could according to there instructions. I then brought it into the shop I always go to for an alignment and to give it a once over and adjust anything if needed. Here's my problem my driver side sway bar link is rubbing into my front coil. The shop said the coil is bowed when they pulled it and looked at it. I snapped some shots for reference. The passenger side is no where's near rubbing. I looked at the track bar and it can't be pulled over anymore and the axle isn't centered directly under the vehicle I have the JKS adjustable one and it's out of threads so that's where the shop set it. It is raised up with the JKS weld on brace and relo to accomodate the flipped Currie draglink. The axle itself is centered in the wheel well where it should be and the castor is set to 6. The ass end is pretty much squared away and perfect castor wise as well and nothing rubs including the rear track bar since I threw the RK wedges in there knowing ahead of time that it would be an issue. I have tried swapping links and it still rubs, not really sure what to do other than shorten the arms, but wont that pull the axle back out of the center of the wheel well? Plus if you look at the photos the passenger side isn't bent like the driver side, which leads me to believe the coil may be defective? Measured them on the Jeep and off they are both at 23.75, uppers are at 19.5 which is what the teraflex instructions called for. Can someone chime in with a little advice? thanks.

#1 ---- your track bar knuckle is upside down from the looks of the picture
#2 ---- with a 4" lift you will probably need adjustable control arms to get your axle back to center , it looks to be in a bind and bowing the coil springs, not to mention that your pinion angle seems to be off a little. the trackbar adjusts the axle side to side and the control arms move the axle front to back and also adjusts the pinion angle. The JKS weld on trackbar brace you have is a little different from the one I had installed on another jeep, the one I welded on had 3 trackbar adjustment holes.

Just my .02

I have adjustable arms and my castor is set at 6 which is pretty much where you want it. I might have put the trackbar back in the wrong way but either way I still can't pull the axle over towards the drivers side to center it anymore than it already is. I posted the length of the arms. They are exactly at what teraflex recommends them to be at for this lift. Which is why I'm not sure why the coil is like that.

I thought about doing this bit wouldn't the passenger side then bow since its perfectly straight as it is now. And only address the problem on the drivers side?

you might want to PM the tera rep on here about the length of adjustment on the arms, I believe the measurements they give in the directions are just a starting point. not all JK's are the same , so maybe yours need a little different length on the arms

yea learned that mistake with my 2.5 lift after torquing it in the air. As far as the trackbar (I have the third gen coming already should be here on thurs) but for now can I flip it so the bend goes up instead of down and try to adjust it that way? what about the bend on the adjustable end of it (part with the threads) up or down? I can't seem to find the directions for it but I know that axle shifting over would help some of this issue.

Teraflex lengths are too long on the directions and it pushes the axle too far forward. Try 23 1/8 lowers and 19in uppers.

thanks guys...what about the numbers on the rears? I have them set to what tera says should I change them out? rear uppers are 18 3/8's and lowers are 20 3/8's should I shorten them up too? Went and looked at track bar it's the old gen one and it's on with the arch/bend facing up that's is the way it's supposed to go on I thought? tomorrow I'll try to shorten up the lower and upper fronts and I'll deal with the trackbar when the new one shows up on thursday.

Was just wondering if anyone else had any opinions on the rear arms and where they souls be? And besides the rear driveshaft being parallel should I be looking for any specific angle when setting it?

this write-up should help you out - has the measuerments you should be using instead of what were on your instructions:
