Problems with front sway bar links rubbing coil.
Dialed the back front in to spec and caster is now 3.5 right on the money. Drives so much better, the sway link is off but not that much only bout 1/8 of an inch hopefully the track bar will give me a little more clearance when it shows up. Thanks Joe for talking with me about this issue.

Looks like your sway bar links are on the wrong way from the pictures. Switch them around as the links are only meant to go one way and the bushings will last longer.
Another thing I noticed in the second picture is you have your upper control arms in the first hole, they need to be in the second hole. That might help too.
There's nothing wrong with where he has the bolts going through on those uppers. The other hole is just there to add more range to how much the arms can be adjusted.

revisiting an old thread I dialed in the measurements on the write up and the Jeep drives really well and has been for a week or two, My concern is that I get driveline vibrations at 75mph or higher. It's not a lot but def noticeable. TF says castor should be around 3.2 write up says 6? I'm confused because the lengths in the write up set the castor right around 3.2 for me. Should I push the arms out a little more? It tracks straight and the handling is really sharp when turning and having the wheel return. It's just the driveline vibes that are worrying me.

If I hit 80mph with mine at 4-4.5 degrees of castor it sounds and feels like that double carden joint is gonna blow apart.
If you want to play with it abit, lengthen your uppers abit, that will prolly move the vibe closer to 80mph,BUT your handling will suffer. If you shorten your uppers or lengthen your lowers it will increase your castor number numerically say to 5.0 and will provide better handling but will most likely move the vibes down to say the 70mph range. Given the general nature of a double carden shaft, you will get vibes at some point in speed. Now, dealing with the trade off balance between handling and driveline vibes is finding something that you can live with.
If a shaft is vibrating in the lower mph ranges and you cannot effectively move it to a higher speed , then its most likely a balance issue with the shaft. Given yours is not vibing till you hit 75mph, your balance is ok, and as i said before your doing good if no vibes till then and you feel good with handling you have. And when driving long distances you may want to drop your speed to just under where your getting the vibes.

Was I correct about the sway bar links?
