Default Problems with my JKS front trackbar

I am installing my new JKS front trackbar, and I'm not liking how it fits. I had the first generation trackbar from JKS and it fit perfect. This one does not fit as nice up at the frame mount. I took pics to see what you guys thought.
The first pic just shows I have the bolt started in the hole by hand.

I can get the bolt to go through if I spin it through with the impact, but I'm afraid of it binding up as it cycles through it's travel if I run it like this. Do they all fit like this, or was mine made wrong?
What do you guys think?

Try installing it with the lower control arms disconnected.

Have you tried moving the axle a bit (by using the steering wheel) ? It looks like it has shifted a bit when the old one was removed.

My front installed fine. The rear on the other hand not so much. The threaded male end is suppose to be attached at the axle side. The female bar hits the diff cover. I need to contact JKS about this.

I've been out in the garage for the last hour messing with it. I have recentered the axle, and wiggled this, and moved that. Nothing makes it fit any better. I put the gen1 trackbar back in and it fits perfect.

Then there must be a slight difference in the bend. I would not force it.

mine does the exact same thing but i thought it was because the driverside of my frame is a little bent, but now im second guessing that since yours looks exactly like mine.

I've been messing with this off and on all afternoon, and it just fits like crap. I guess I'll put the first generation trackbar back on, and call David next week to see what he thinks I should do. I'm guessing JKS welded the end on to the bar at the wrong angle.
