Default Problems with Seatglovers

I don't know if anyone else ordered some Seatglovers seat covers and had them delivered to Canada but here's my story:

The customs are withholding the package at the border because they do not believe that the value listed on the manifest does not reflect the true value of the product. Seatglovers listed that the value was $25 instead of the normal price for a 2-door. Fedex said the customs would release the package if they had a proof of purchase (Paypal receipt) proving the listed value.

I have tried to get some help from Seatglovers but they never returned my email or called me back. I am truly disappointed with their customer service and practices.

In a nutshell, I wondered if any other of their customers had experienced the same difficulties with Seatglovers. Also, if Seatglovers is reading this forum, I would very much like for them to contact me via PM.

I'm not in Canada, so I can't even begin to address your customs problems, all I can say that my dealings with them were all first rate. They answered all my e mails promptly, my seat covers shipped imediately after I ordered. They had left part of my order out, 2 bottles of 303, when I e mailed them about this they got back to me with in an hour, and I had a Fed Ex tracking # that day.
I am sorry you are having troubles. I hope you get them cleared up, and it all works out for you. I'm just speaking for myself, they were very prompt and helpful. Good Luck to you.

I am a fellow canadian. I placed my order about a month ago and am still waiting for an update of my order. I dont know if my order is stuck at the boarder or not shipped at all. I wish someone would answer my questions as well with solid information...

Trynity, have you tried PMing WAYOFLIFE to let him know of your situation? Maybe he can help. He's great in help dealing w/ the sponsors!

I had actually placed an order with Marc at Seatglovers and received great service (email updates etc.) Good luck!

Thanks for the advice, I will PM Wayoflife and ask for his help. On my part, I have not received any email updates from Seatglovers. As for the other Canadian, have you tried contacting the carrier (i.e. Fedex) to see what was holding up the package? In my case, they had not noticed me that the package was held at the border and I had to inquire myself as to why the shipment had not arrived yet. Maybe this can help.

Also, which email address did you guys used to reach seatglovers? I tried seatglovers@aol.com but to no avail and their phone lines are for orders only.
