Default ProComp Wheel Peeling!!!

I will take a picture tomorrow when I come home from work...

I have procomp knightchrome wheels and today when I got to work I looked at my wheels and it looks like they are peeling a clear plastic film. It's a hard, thin film and it makes a crinkling sound when I run my finger across it. All five wheels are doing it.

Does anyone have any idea what the heck this is???

The dealer installed the wheels a year ago when I bought the jeep and I'm taking it in next week. I am hoping they can do something about it.

That crinkling sound is the clear coat coming off. Ouch. I had it happen to some wheels on my other Jeep. Without the clearcoat your wheels will spot and rust.
