Default Proper maintenance for M/T tire?

Just spent 1600$ on a new set of tires and want to know if there is any preventative measures I need to take to keep my 35 nitto trail grapplers as long as I can. Any special liquids to apply to prevent browning? How many miles to rotate at? Psi to keep for highway driving? Just stuff like that thanks guys!

Keep them inflated to the proper pressure. Drive them often. Rotate them often. That's all I got. The rest is subjective.

Rotate your spare into the mix... that will give you 20% more life on all your tires. I rotate mine between 5K - 6K miles.

Do a chalk test to make sure you have the correct air pressure in them, and rotate them at every oil change. Throwing the spare into the mix does help prolong life too. I don't recommend spraying any protectants on them, just drive often. Don't let them sit for long periods of time.

Whatever you do, do not use armor-all or any silicone based protectants. That crap will dry your tires out over time and make them more susceptible to chunking off your tread blocks. If you must, Griots Garage makes some stuff that makes them look like new rubber without making them garishly glossy.

I have 63,000 miles on my toyo mt when the temperature changes check your air pressure and rotate them after about 3000 miles.

5 tire rotation; no chemical cleaners or dressings; drive to replenish built in lubrication of rubber; proper psi; don't drive on gravel or rocks.
