Pros & cons with the different brands of Budget Boost lifts
I'm on a limited budget and the budget boost lifts are more than adequate for my needs. I like the tereflex BB kit, but there are others that are so much cheaper. I was wanting to know if you guys out there have any pros and cons about the different BB before I make my purchase?

A spacer is a spacer - Compare the other components...
RC uses integrated bumpstops on their 2.2 shocks. If you get one of the 'cheap' BB's without the shocks, what keeps your coils/stock shocks from over-compressing, and the tires from ripping a fender off? Add bumpstop costs to these. (personally, I have nothing against RC, it's just an easy example)
Do they have brake line extensions? Longer rear links? Trackbar brackets?
When comparing prices, make sure to add the cost of any missing components so you get a fair comparison.

A Full Traction 2" BB with 5100 shocks is ~$300 from Northridge
A Tera Flex 2.5" is ~$338 or ~$326 with TF shocks or adapters, respectively, from Northridge.
The TF BB comes with sway bar links and brake line drop brackets; and a little more lift. So, it appears the prices are very comparable. Both of these kits come with bump stops. Lesser priced kits are missing some of these 'extra' components.
My question for the experts comes from the following observations:
The Full Traction BB comes with only a front track bar relocation bracket and the TF BB comes with only a rear track bar relocation bracket. A BDS BB kit comes with neither, but it comes with cam bolts (I know, the dumb alternative to front lower control arms). You can buy other kits, still, that only come with the spacers and bump stops.
Some kits address front or rear axle centering, but not both. Some kits address castor, but not any axle centering. Other kits only address the actual lift part.
Why do all of these kits claim to be complete, yet they address different aspects of suspension alignment/geometry?

2 Words- Budget Boost
The TF could be considered the most "complete" puck lift as it addresses most issues you will have with a small amount of lift while keeping the price down. Steering, frt trackbar relocation and castor are not usually addressed for it tends not to be a problem at that lift height. Eddie has even said before he's not sure why FT still includes that front tb bracket in their kit as it is not needed and tends to cause more probs than good when installed.

I bought the Rough Country 3.25 coils and 2.2 shocks and brake line brackets. To my doors step for $424.00
Easy to install and after going out on the trail, I am more that happy with it.
Note: they customer service is second to none.

I bought and installed 2.5" BB "Series II" from RC. included all brake line bracket, rear track bar brack, shock relocation brack, rear sway bar link ( move existing rear up front) and spacers. ( 2.5FR - 1.75Rear ) Seem to be a wise choice since i've made no rock crawling, only mud to little offroad. No problem at all with the installation, no alignement was needed. couple of hours to install this kit and ready to go.
Recommended. I was not sure about the 2.2 RC shock so I had ordered the shock extension and I look forward to replace my stock one with aftermarket soon.
