Default PSC ram problem

So I just installed a PSC ram, PSC pump, PSC lines, PSC cooler and drilled out my steering box. over the last week the slow speed and well stopped has gotten worse (stiffer) and now the pump wine's at full stop tying to turn the wheel. does anyone have an idea of the problem or have seen this before.

Sounds like you still have some air in your PS system.

I had the same issue and it took several attempts to get all the air out. Cavitation can destroy a pump if your not careful. What I did was lift the front of the jeep then turn the steering wheel lock to lock probably 20 times with the reservoir cap off. Are you still having fluctuations in your PS fluid?

Yeah, this ^^^. I did the same. Lift the jeep and cycle the steering until I no longer saw fluid level change. Then put the jeep on the ground and cycled again until I saw no fluid level change. Mind you, I'm using an OEM pump and WTO ram so YMMV.

that's how bleed it, how do u get air out of the pump if it wont come out? and the fluid level is staying the same.
