I think the FT BB is best with a 33" tire. It's also less money that may allow you to do both at once. These are the first two that I did.

33" tires with no lift will rub a bit while driving around town (drive ways etc.). They will rub a lot if you really flex your rig. I tore some of the plastic rivets out of the fenders.

Now for my strongest recommendation. DO NOT Do 4.88's with 33 or under tires. Go with 4.56's. The 4.56's with 33" tires run at 2850 RPM at 70, and 2450 RPM at 60. It's perfect for me.
