Default Quality "soft" shocks??

I am running a rough country 4" lift with the 2.2's and I gotta say, they are firm. I feel most bumps

Looking for recommendations for compatible shocks that would give me a softer, yet good handling ride.

Thanks

I've heard Bilstein gives you the best of both worlds. Those are the ones I'm gonna get when i change mine out. I'm running the same as you at the moment and i tend to agree they're a little harsh.

unfortunately, a lot of ride quality comes from spring rate. while i'm sure your shocks aren't helping, even getting nicer shocks may not help too much. if you're gonna try something, i would stay away from high end shocks like elka or king as they are geared more for soaking up high speed bumps. i might try a set of bilstein 5100's but again, it's hard to soften up a firm riding coil.

Rancho 9000XL's are nitro charged and adjustable. They come with a lifetime warranty and 90-day ride guarantee. I have them on my 2012JKUR at the #5 setting, and the beast rides better than my bosses Escalade.
