Default Question about adding spacers to new combo...input wanted

Hola

Just recently added 37x13.5x17 toyo mt's with Method NV's 17x8.5 with 4.75 bs.

Jeep has a RK 3.5 X factor kit

Tires are getting into lower control arms pretty bad at full lock. Considering adding spacers to fix this issue.

Any suggestions...Should I go 1.25 or 1.5

I would suggest the 1.25. Dropping to 3.25" of BS with 37's might cause some problems the less BS you have, the weaker things get...

The problem with the 1.25" spacers is the need to trim the studs. Maybe it's not a big deal, just a preference to not trim away any threads.

Damn I was not aware of that, and that could def turn into a huge headache. Removing the studs from the spacers is a headache as well…

Do you think 3.25" of BS would be ok with 37's?

4.75 - 1.25 =
4.75 - 1.50 =

1.25 will bring you down to 3.50 and 1.5 will bring you down to 3.25 if you are running 4.75" of BS currently

I was considering the 1.25 to bring be to 3.5 (same as the slabs)

My guess is the factory lugs are 1.5 hence the trimming needed for the 1.25 spacers.

Lord know I have cut the jewel already so I'm.not scared...lol

The sticky up top suggests a 3.5" BS for 37x12.50's. I think I'd go for the extra 1/4" on your 37x13.50's.

I added 1.5" spidertrax to my 4.5" rims to keep the new 37" falken wildpeaks off the arms/frame.
