You were lemoning a vehicle, not trying to claim mods were not the fault for the vehicles malfunction, 2 different things!

In all reality (like this stops some stealerships!) it is the service departments responsibility to prove that the mods performed led to to damage incured for them to refuse warranty. if you lift your jeep and the fuel pump fails, that's not related and they have to honor your warranty (do expect a fight but you are in the right. If you install a chip set and the engine blows, well than you could very well be SOL. I emailed DC and they sent me back an email that I printed out stating what I just wrote. Now I have it in writing for my service department if required. They also sent me a $50.00 coupon so BONUS!!
