Default Question on JK timeline

Hi
I have noticed a lot of aftermarket parts are for 2007-2010 - especially interior stuff. Is there a timeline for changes to JK's by year?
Thanks

Also can stock 16" 2013 sport tires fit on a 8" wide rim?

Welcome to the Forum

2007 started the new JK body style
2011 started the new JK interrior design.
There were some changes to the hard top design in the way it latches down between 07 and 11.

I think that the stock wheel is 7.5". I've always been told that you can go 1 size either way. But just as an FYI, that tire will look squashed going this way.

You can fit it but you are best off getting the spidertrac wheele spacers. 1.5inch. You won't have rubbing and it will give it a more aggressive stance. Look at my pictures. Only about 200 bucks.

Sorry I forgot that the OP is new. If you buy new wheels, make sure you get the correct back-spaceing to eliminate rubbing issues.
