question on JKS control arms - no jam nut

Default question on JKS control arms - no jam nut

With no jam nut on the front lower adjustables, how is debris kept out of the arm body? I like the design but I wonder what effect no jam nut would have.

here is a cross section photo that shows what the arms look like inside. as you can see, there is a red o-ring that is designed to keep grease in and dirt out.
