Default Question on lift height

I am deciding between a 3.5 and 4.5 Clayton kit. I want to run 37's and the 3.5 lift. This is going on a 4 door auto and is a DD. Does anyone know what the 3.5 lift actually yields? my fear is that it will sag too much once I put on spare w/tire carrier/bumper. and also does this kit take away the factory rake at all? Thanks for any input.

do you have alot of other things that add weight or will one day? then you may want to go with 4.5" to offset that. or you just get spacers which is not a big deal IMO.
The only weight I plan on adding is a tire carrier/bumper and spare.
