Default Question on lights

My girlfriends dad gave me these set of lights that came off an airplane. He said they are over 1,000,000 candle power each. I was going to install them on my bumper. Question is... When I wire them should I use a fuse or a relay or what?

Landing lights? Are they 13 or 28 volt? Are they housed in something? Photos?

You should use a relay. Aircraft are more often 28 volts than 12 as is much of the aviation and marine world. If they are 28 volts they will not work and if they are 12 volt they are going to suck some serious amperage which is why I would wire them each with their own relay. Yes, I would have a fuse in the power from the battery to the main power in on the relay(s).
