Default Question regarding lift

Going to be slapping on a 2.5 inch Rock Krawler lift. Is it going to be important to do the alignment after installing the new wheels and tires? Or should I get the alignment done right after the lift with the stock wheels and tires? Jumping up to 35s, but they are on the complete opposite end of town as each other, but really want to try and get everything taken care of same day so I can have the rest of the weekend to do whatever

So I guess in so many words, can I mount up 17x8.5 inch wheels with 4.5 back spacing, and 315 70 r17 BFG ATs, and drive 15 miles to the business installing the lift so they can do everything in one shot?

Get the lift and alignment, then go get your wheels and tires. Other way around and you will experience some rubbing.

I don't see the need to have the 35s on when the alignment is done..won't affect anything. Get the lift/alignment and then put on the tires and wheels.
