Default Questions on JKS Quicker Discos

1. Driver's side disco - I had to adjust it longer than the passenger side. Since both OEM links are the same size, is my anti sway bar bended?

2. Should there be some play on the lugs were the pins are placed?

Thanks!!!

Different lengths is normal.

Play on the studs that the link connects to? Add some loctite and re-tighten.

There should be NO play on those bolts! I had some play on mine when I first installed them and figured no big deal. However later I found an annoying 'clunk' comming from the front end, and the problem was loose quick disco bolts (my error) I torqued them properly now they don't move and there is no 'clunk'

I have mine the same length I keep my bar nearly level. I do notice the driver side is a bit higher than the passenger but it's NOT like it's almost impossible to remove or install. I figure there is a reason for the difference but idk what it is.

Its also the fuel tank side and most JK's tend to lean down on the RHS...

Measure the jeep and you'll notice the diff, a 1/2"packer should fix it.

In an ideal world they should be the same size...

My drivers side is off by 1.5 inches +/-. Forgot to mention I have a 2.5" Terra BB. I've heard that with lifts, the driver's side (without the driver in) is higher in order to compensate when the driver gets in.
