Questions- need help
So pretty much... if i do not re-gear I get the lift and the tires and the trani (or some part that might in some way be affected by the tires w/o the grears) breaks... I'm still up the steam w/o a paddle.
On a new JK would the warranty issue stop you from doing the 3" lift, 35"s and new gears? Or would you say throw caution to the wind... if something goes wrong i can always go back to the installer?

Okay guys, sorry about the dumb question I am about to ask- So lower gearing means a higher number? The Rubicon is 4.10, correct? Let's just say we were going to change the gears if they were available for the JK (on a 3" lift with 35's). What "number" would be optimal? Sorry, I don't understand gearing whatsoever.

Conax, you can cheat off of me. My jeep arrives this week. The Full Traction 3" lift is on order. By the time it gets here, I should have a couple of weeks with the 32" tires and 4.10 gearing. Then when I put on the 35"s I will have something to compare it to.
