Quick Air Pressure advice
All,
Just wondering what the ideal air pressure is for my jeep/tire combo.
Typically, the trails i run don't require me to air down, but after a run yesterday, it was apparent that I had to. When airing back up, i quickly realize i don't know what the optimal air pressure for my setup when getting back on the pavement. I went off the standard recommendation of 35 in the rear and 30 in the front, but from what i can see, dust vs. no dust on the tires, i might be a bit under-inflated
My jeep is the 2 door sahara, with 33 Mickey Thompson MTZ's. No aftermarket bumpers or anything to add weight.
Suggestions are appreciated!

Do the chalk test.....
draw a thick chalk line across your tire and drive it a few feet. Get out and see how the chalk is wearing, if wearing on the outside use more pressure, if wearing on the middle use less pressure. Once the chalk wears even you are good to go....
My guess is you will be in the 30-32psi range.
