Default Quick question (Teraflex rear bumpstop)

With David's OME LT kit came new rear blocks to attach to the axle for the bumpstop to hit. Anyone know which way the should install i.e slope backwards or forwards?

Ok so physically moving the perch backwards then? Like this:

Front __/----/__ Rear
