Rancho RS9000XL shocks: I'm a believer

I will be in the market for shocks soon myself. Ive heard nothing but good things about the RS9000's !!!
But I have a question, I have heard and seen that ProComp's shocks are made on the same assembly line as the Rancho's, and different labeling is applied. Making them essentially the same shock. Has anyone else heard of this???

100% correct!!
Shocks that our parent company (Tenneco) makes for others is built to THEIR specs, and THEIR price point. In fact there is a totally different team that works on those brands. My path crosses with them about once a year, at SEMA.

You may find some that are silver still, we made a switch earlier this year back to white.

what a huge improvement the 9000xl made on my jeep love these shocks
I don't know what brand rides better than these but im very pleased with this purchase !
Would there be a better ride using a steering stabilizer shock made by Rancho over a stock ss ? Just curious , I found factory shocks very poor quality

Guess it's time to finally pull the trigger on these.
I do have a question and since Rancho is following this thread I'll ask it here. I have a 2011 JKUR with a teraflex leveling kit and stock springs. Do I go with the stock replacement size or a longer shock?
