Rancho shock leaking

I noticed a little puddle under my rear driver side shock the other day after being in Vitamin Shoppe for maybe 5-7 minutes. These shocks and lift kit are only about 8-9 months old. What would cause this and Rancho, what is the warranty on these? Thanks for the help.
