RE-gearing question
We use quality parts and do so much that we pass the savings onto the customers. Most JK gear jobs are low mileage and set up great. I try to cater the job to each customer as the customer needs the best always.
I love Texas so it is a fun place to run a full service shop

How about opening up another franchise on the East coast...say Virginia
You're on the wrong Coast...
shopping around here for gears you're only gonna find the inevitable and that's that it costs a lot more than anywhere else. From small shops to larger ones I paid 1800 OTD and they're guaranteed for life against failure from normal conditions. They used Superior Gears and had done plenty of JK's before mine. I knew it was going to be more expensive but if shit goes wrong they're 15 minutes from my home not 10 hours.

Definitely make sure that the shop you choose has a good rep and will honor their warranty.
(I drove 2 hours to get my gears done. Low price with a 2 year warranty vs high price and 90 day warranty locally. I moved, front gears went bad, contacted the installer - rather than me driving 14 hours one way to get them fixed, he is sending gears + money to cover the install... )
