(Google "jeep tuner comparison" and there you will find an article from a magazine that shall remain nameless that talks about the tuner.)

For some reason the URL won't post correctly. Stick four and wheeler together and it will get you there.

Is there a forum rule against posting urls or something? If so someone please illuminate me and I shall promptly remove it.

No direct links to non-sponsors. You can talk about them, and you can have broken links, just not clicky links.

Can't talk about or post links to other jeep forums.

Can't talk about or post links to blacklisted people/places/things.

The Faq that talks about it is up top, middle of the second horizontal line of options.

Superchips is $300 and I would recommend it whether you regear or not. So why not pick one up and give it a shot? You may end up liking it and regearing may drop in priority. And if not, you'll be able to reprogram you ECU for the new gears and tire size anyway.
Tuner, exhaust and intake? That's gears without the performance gains...
Just an opinion, of course, but if you are dropping a grand on performance, you'll get much better results from gears than from any/all engine mods. (saw a post from RIPP saying the same thing, better gains from gears than adding a s/c)

Perhaps. It is difficult to quantify these "gains" short of putting the JK on a dyno. so all I can really go by is "seat of the pants".

My buddy/neighbor also had a 07 and he drove mine yesterday, and he too commented how much better it felt. This could be a placebo effect from the exhaust rumble but it does feel like a whole new Jeep. But it does add up to some serious coin.

I have 4.88s on my list, but at least 18-24 months out. I have a new top and half doors higher on my mod list.
