Default Rear axle not centered with re-location bracket

I have a rockkrawler stock mod kit, 2.5" lift.

front/rear springs
front trackbar
rear relocation bracket.

The rear axle, is off to the left by 1" Why is this?

It isn't noticeable but I am looking to get bigger tires soon (currently stock) and im sure the difference will become more apparant.

Due to how the Jeep's trackbars (front and rear) are configured, when you lift your Jeep, the front axle tends to move toward drivers side and the rear tends to move toward the passenger side. That being said, the replacement rear drop bracket is supposed to move your axle back toward the drivers side.

It seems, by your description, that you did not get a high enough lift to make a big difference, thus your axle was pushed too far back toward the drivers side, when corrected by the new bracket. It really should not make any significant difference on the way it handles or rides, but there are a couple of things you may want to consider. Remove the bracket and put the trackbar back in it's original position and see what how your axles are, or get an adjustible trackbar so you can fine tune the trackbar length, thus centering your axle.

Did you weld the mount on already? If not, just make sure it is square first. If the bracket is rotated just a little bit, it will throw the rear axle off a good amount since the bracket is canted!

as mentioned, it sounds as if you didn't get as much lift as the bracket was designed for as it clearly over corrected the position of your axle.

X2. I had this issue with mine when my coils started to drastically sag. Installed new, better coils, which raised me back up, and now its back to center
