X2. Just put mine on yesterday. I am quite impressed with the quality especially for the price compared to other options.

Ok so here is my situation...hubby is sick of hearing from me about the darn tire being heavy and so he said just buy something

I hit my rear bumper crawling down rocks this weekend and dented the RR tube bumper I have. In knowing this, what bumper will take a knocking? Smittybilt or orfab?

I would love to have the psc or lod...with that said, I took the Smittybilt for $685. Too cheap not to try. I have had to tighten the bolts that go through the frame, but it had held my 35 Toyo well

For everyone with the Smittybilt XRC bumper, how do you like the tire carrier? Does it open/close nicely?

mine opens and closes fine. hafta slightly lift up on it to get it to go just perfect. had to grease the swivel once too. but it immediately stops any squeak

I have the LOD 3rd Gen shorty for my JK and it looks pretty good I must say. Get complements all the time and other Jeep owners asking about it as well. Cost around 1000 but well worth it

Does that tie in to the Jeep gate? I E-mailed them and they said they have a version of the shorty that does, but it's not on the web site yet.
