i am looking for a rear bumper with lights any one know of a company that makes one thanks for the help

Post #71, I believe. There are no lights in it in that pic, but Mitch (Bulldog Fab) can make whatever you want/need.

LOD makes a great rear bumper with or without a tire carrier. It has an option for back up lights that match the size of the factory fogs. Do a search, lots of good feedback on LOD products!
