BTW, Rob suggested I put some tape around the post on the bumper when we were out at Sea Creek. I did that and have no more rattles. That was with the rack, hi-lift & tire on it off the road. Give it a shot and you shouldnt have any more rattles if that is where they are coming from.

No regrets whatsoever on the Rock Hard. Would go with it again in a heartbeat!

I like the Jeeperman rear mount winch. I know multi mounts for rear mount but I like the idea of a winch mount bumper. Too bad they went out of business.

Wrong. That's the weight of ONE full jerry can. I don't know how Warrior Products gets away with selling an item with two jerry can mounts that can only support one.

Or maybe they think we'll only fill both jerry cans half full.

Or maybe they think we're morons.

I'm also hoping to avoid the uber expensive bumper/tire carrier combo. I have two solutions in mind: 1) Get an AEV tire carrier that doesn't require an aftermarket bumper or 2) Get a hitch mounted rack.

Both are imperfect solutions. The AEV rack has no provisions for jerry cans and the hitch mounted rack will impede my tailgate and increase my departure angle.

It's too bad the Warrior Products doesn't support more weight (say 200 pounds). Ultimately, I don't think the tailgate is up to it. I wonder if there would be a market for an aftermarket heavy duty tailgate?
