Default rear end bounce PLEASE HELP ME

hey guys my suspension is extremely bouncy. in the beggining it was like a funny joke with my friends its great off road but on road its scary. in the back roads and normal neighborhood streets its just something you get used to but on the highway it has become a scary and rather dangerous flaw in my set up.

3'' bds lift
35x12.50.17 tires
crager soft 8's
vdp from bumper chop
and smittybilt oversized tire carrier

i have been looking into the full traction hd sway bar to fix this situation

PLEASE HELP I LOVE MY JEEP BUT NEED TO FIX THIS SITUATION FAST BEFORE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO ME OR MY PRIDE AND JOY

is it safe to assume you are running the crappy old school hydro shocks that came with your kit? if so, replace them with a good set of bilstein 5100's. excessive bounce comes from a set of shocks that aren't doing their job.

Default shock trouble

i had a RC 2.5'' lift with just shocks and coils then when i took those shocks off to put on my BDS lift all the shocks had blow their hydro fluid. is something wrong with my set up?

It sounds like you are over compressing or over extending your shox. Take your springs out and lower your jeep back down to the bump stops. Make sure you have about 1/2" ov travel in the shox that you are not using so that you are not bottoming out. Then get some limit straps to cover over extension. Once you fix both issues, then invest in good shox.

im thinking that the new shocks will fix it and for limiting straps i have never seen limiting straps on any jeep i get it look like it but its not really a monster truck. i think that the shocks could be a good solution but my bump stops are stock would anything with that cause this issue

and im not sure what tire pressure to be running. what would you recommend for 35x12.50x17 general grabber at2's i know that i should do the chalk test but me and my buddy are figuring that out. but if anyone could give me a ballpark estimate on what psi i should run for my tires.

If you have stock bumpstops and longer shocks then there is a good chance you are damaging them at full compresion.
