Yeah I had the same problem, dealer had to replace the rear window under the warranty.

My solution seemed to work well....the dohicky zipper head part that closes the zipper on mine had spread. Would not connect the zippers. I used a vice grip and tightened the gap and it is working fine now. Over time that part widens and when you try to zip it up it separates as you try to close it. I hope i am making sense. Look and compare the others for the gap on each side.

Put some zipper lube, silicon spray, Vaseline or candle wax on the zippers. Makes life so much easier. If it's already stuck spray with silicon spray to get it started.

You can buy proper zipper lubricant on amazon for a couple bucks. Great insurance against these problems and has made my window install/removal much less of a hassle.

Unfortunately it's not just lack of zipper lubricant. Over time the zipper head spreads out and prevents zippers from connecting.

Oh for sure. Even with zipper lube, they can wear out/mess up.
